The first step in our process is filling out the assessment treatment application below. Although It may seem like an extensive process, all the information compiled will allow our medical professionals to better assess and recommend the appropriate treatment for your medical condition.
Within 24 hours of submitting your application, our medical staff will issue a treatment protocol based on your medical condition(s). This way you will better informed on which of our treatemnt options would most benefit you and your specific condition. You will then be able to order your recommended treatment protocol as assessed.
